Overview

Many of the items in this museum date to the 1870s and 1880s, when Walnut was a thriving prairie town of 1,000 people. The museum is housed in the former Masonic Lodge and includes kitchen and parlor room exhibits, furniture, and clothing.

The museum is open on weekends from 1 to 4 p.m. from Memorial Day through Labor Day or by appointment. Call (402) 960-5771 to schedule an appointment.
