Bregant House

5.0

Overview

Known as the "Little People's House," the historic Bregant House was built in 1912 for former Vaudeville performers Jean and Inez Bregant to accommodate their height of 42" and 39" respectively. The house features a fireplace mantle that would be about waist high on an average-height adult and a four-foot-long clawfoot bathtub. The light switches and thermostat were also placed lower to accommodate their height. Funds are being raised to restore the home. The home is on the National Historic Register.

The house is open for tours Friday through Sunday and reservations to visit should be made online.
