Overview
The River’s Edge Pavilion at Tom Hanafan River’s Edge Park is located at the foot of the Bob Kerrey Pedestrian Bridge on the Iowa side of the Missouri River. The two-story pavilion can be rented by floor or all together. The first floor is available year-round and can seat up to 52 people with a max accommodation of 68 guests. The space includes access to the first-floor decks surrounding the facility. The decks can hold up to 125 people. The space also includes a catering kitchen and private restrooms. An AV system is included. The rooftop deck may also be rented for outdoor events and activities. The space can hold up to 122 guests. Public restrooms are available. The first floor and the rooftop deck may also be rented together for a maximum capacity of 315 occupants. The Pavilion offers a unique combination of both indoor and outdoor rental space for business meetings, birthday parties, weddings, receptions, reunions, graduations and more.
