Harrah's provides a full range of table games, sports betting at The Book, and boasts more than 580 slot machines on its casino floor. Guests can choose casual or upscale dining options. The 360 Steakhouse provides patrons with a spectacular view of the city of Council Bluffs and the Omaha skyline from its location on the 12th floor. Harrah's is the city's largest hotel with 251 guest rooms. The casino is open 24 hours daily.

Stir Concert Cove is located outside of the Casino. It's an outdoor, standing-room-only venue offering family-friendly concerts during the summer months.
