Overview
This two-acre park was renovated in 2018 by the City of Council Bluffs and the North Broadway Neighborhood Association. Renovations included the additions of two pickleball courts, a half-size basketball court, a play apparatus, and the Gerald C. Dixon Memorial Pavilion.
