Overview

Thirty-four mosaic tiles illustrate historical scenes from Council Bluffs' past. The tiles are downtown on Pearl and Main streets between 1st Avenue and 9th Avenue. More Council Bluffs history is shared on streetscape tiles that replicate postcards dating back to the 1800s, located on West Broadway between 1st Street. and 2nd Street. Handicapped accessible.
