Overview

Only minutes from Hitchcock Nature Center, The Crescent Wildlife Area was acquired after the catastrophic 2011 flood. The property features a 5-acre pond filled with river fish species, reconstructed native prairie species, and native wetland vegetation. This is a great place for visitors to hike, bird watch, fish, and hunt!
