Held in her peaceful home and gardens in Historic Council Bluffs with a whole day of fun and enlightening activities that are sure to soothe your soul, pamper your body, and expand your mind. Come in comfy clothes, bring your favorite journal, and be ready to bask in the beauty of you, all wonderful day long. (Limited spots available)
11am: Welcome & Zen-Centered Grounding Exercise
11:30: Hand Crafted Soap Making (you take your soaps with you)
12:30: Lunch (Summer Charcuterie and butter board, fresh melon and fruit skewers, chilled cucumber mint vichyssoise and strawberry shortcakes.
1:30: Herb & Edible Flower Gardens (build & take along)
2:30: Guided Journaling. Spiritual Moment Lesson with Wenday
3:45: Healing Circle & Closure
