Valley View Dog Park has already become a hot spot for Council Bluffs pups and their humans—but now it’s time to officially celebrate! We’re marking the start of the park’s busy season with a grand opening celebration and you and your furry friends are invited.
We’re ditching the traditional ribbon cutting and planting a tree instead to honor Arbor Day. The tree planting ceremony starts at 5 p.m. and kicks off a tail-wagging good time at the park.

📸 Photo stop for your pup—bring your best sit and stay!
Parking is limited, so attendees are encouraged to use the Valley View trail or walk from nearby neighborhoods.
