Join us for fun as we celebrate a united country and community!

7:00 a.m.: 8th Annual Runderwood 5K Walk/Run
- Register for the run at 7:00 a.m.. The run will start at 7:30 a.m. Be sure to sign up before June 30th in order to guarantee your red, white, and blue tie-dye shirt. $30 for pre-registration which includes a shirt. $35 for race day registration, no shirt guaranteed.
7:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.: Bloody Mary Recovery Tent at the Beer Garden Pavilion. Sponsored by UMBA
7:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.: Pancake Breakfast. Proceeds benefit the Junior Class Post Prom
9:00 a.m.: Community Church Service inside the UMBA Hall, conducted by Underwood Community of Christ & Underwood Lutheran. Coffee and doughnuts will be served after the service.
10:30 a.m.: Parade organized by Iowa Corn Growers Association. To register, contact Sara Ross at [email protected]
11:00 a.m.: Beer Garden featuring ice-cold beer and margaritas! Cash bar with proceeds going to support next year's celebration.
Noon: Watermelon Feed sponsored by Friends of Underwood
After the parade until 3:00 p.m.: Carnival Fairway. Proceeds benefit the Underwood Band and Dance Team.
1:00 p.m.: Ben Bag Tournament on the basketball courts. To sign up, contact Reggie Rose at 515-288-0951
After the parade until 5:00 p.m.: Bingo inside UMBA Hall
Silent Auction inside of UMBA Hall until 3:00 p.m. Proceeds benefit the Underwood HS Dance Team.
Food after the parade from Sweet Treats by K&B Food Truck, Funnel Cake Truck, and Sweet Treats Food Truck, plus Maid-Rites inside UMBA Hall until 3 p.m.
10:00 p.m.: Fireworks provided by UMBA Hall
