Scottish Fiddling Champion, Melinda Crawford Perttu is coming to Council Bluffs to give a concert of traditional and newly composed Scottish fiddle music. Melinda Crawford Perttu has played for the Lord Lyon of Scotland and for Highlander Games. She is a F.I.R.E sanctioned judge, founder of the Strathgheny School for Scottish Fiddling, and author of “The Violinists Guide to Scottish Fiddling”. Don’t miss your chance to hear her in person at the St. Paul’s Conservatory of Music as part of the National Composers Orchestra Chamber Music Series.
