Help us kick off Our Community Reads 2024: Water Connects Us All at Water Fest, our family-friendly, community celebration of all things water! Learn about ways to conserve and protect this essential natural resource, explore the city sewer system with the sewer cam, check out a hovercraft, and have fun with crafts and other hands-on activities! Thank you to our many community partners: City of Council Bluffs, U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary, Council Bluffs Fire Department, YMCA, Iowa State University Extension and Outreach, Golden Hills RC&D, Pheasants Forever, Fontenelle Forest, Historical Society of Pottawattamie County, Preserve Council Bluffs, and East & West Pottawattamie Soil and Water Conservation District.
