Meander & Gander | A Mindfulness in Nature Program with Lindsay Knieper
January 11 | 9:00 - 11:00 a.m.Hitchcock Nature Center
Let's slow down the whirling pace of modern life and realign with the cadence of Mother Nature. Things we'll be reflecting on during this winter program: Simplicity & Turning Inward.
Each Meander & Gander program will take place outdoors, be seasonally focused, and include a moderate hike, guided meditation, breathwork, and time for reflection. No prior experience necessary.
Suggested to bring this winter session: notebook or journal, insulated mug, a blanket & camp chair, and weather-appropriate attire.
