Explore essential LEAN concepts, learn to identify waste within processes and discover strategies to foster a culture of efficiency and continuous improvement. This overview equips attendees with practical tools to drive organizational effectiveness and build a more engaged workforce. This course is a prerequisite to advancing onto the LEAN 101, 5S, Train the Trainer, Setup Reduction, Process Mapping, and Value Stream Series.
