Iowa Legal Aid Landlord-Tenant Law Basics

Are you facing eviction? Do you have questions about your rental agreement? Does your rental unit need repairs? Do you have other questions about your rights as a tenant? Come to Iowa Legal Aid’s Landlord-Tenant Law Basics presentation. An Iowa Legal Aid Staff Attorney will provide an overview of Iowa law addressing many topics related to rental housing, including landlord and tenant duties, rental agreements, rental deposits, and evictions. Educational handouts will be available and there will be time left for questions. This program is free and open to the public.
