A week-long scavenger hunt throughout Council Bluffs as part of Celebrate CB week. Download the Otocast App, funded through the Iowa West Foundation to participate! The scavenger hunt will include 15 locations around Council Bluffs; including Bayliss Park, the YMCA, and more! The black squirrel icon will be posted on yard signs at these choice locations, find them using the Otocast app to be entered into a drawing for various prizes.
