The CB Indoor Triathlon is presented by Council Bluffs Parks & Recreation in partnership with the YMCA. Unlike a traditional triathlon which covers fixed distances of swimming, cycling, and running, indoor triathlons challenge competitors to achieve the greatest distance in a fixed time frame: Swim: 10 Minutes Bike: 20 Minutes Run: 15 Minutes
This event is for adults 18 years and older. Space is limited. Registration closes February 11th. Registration required to participate. $20 for Members of the YMCA $30 for Nonmembers of the YMCA.
