All of Us Mobile Education and Enrollment Center

September 10 - October 13 | 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Council Bluffs Public Library

All of Us is a project of the NIH and is trying to build one of the largest and most diverse health databases that is used for research to learn more about why people get sick or stay healthy and what makes us unique in order to find better ways to prevent and treat illnesses. By donating blood samples, you can help further this research. Participants will receive their DNA sequencing results, including if they carry any genetic abnormalities, as well as tracing ancestry back 500 years! No identifiable, personal information is shared in this database. Stop by to check out the All of Us exhibit that will be on display in the Library's parking lot and decide if you would like to contribute to this amazing project. Other organizations, including Pottawattamie County Health, Alzheimer's Association, Viva Fit Kitchen, and the Pottawattamie County Historical Society, will be present throughout the week. Check the website for more information.
