Instagram Worthy Murals in Council Bluffs
Council Bluffs' impressive art collection is also displayed in some untraditional ways. In the last few years alone, several new murals have popped up in the city! This innovative form of public art brings new life to the buildings it is painted on and vibrancy to the community.
Of particular interest, the City of Council Bluffs has launched a mural program along the newly developed FIRST AVE trail. This initiative, supported by the Iowa West Foundation and managed by the City, has turned the FIRST AVE corridor into a hub of artistic expression. Local artists have transformed the area into a lively canvas, enhancing the landscape with their creativity.
