This is a free guided walk, open to everyone in our community. All walks start at 10:45 am and are approximately 60 minutes. You can shorten your walk to suit your schedule. Please check the AllTrails app/website for distance, terrain, and difficulty level. As with any new fitness program, please consult with a physician prior to attending and assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, that might result from participating in this program.
